Admissions & Requirements

To begin the admissions and enrollment process, please call our office at 415-892-8921. We will set up an appointment with you to begin completing the following steps:

  1. Take a tour of the school, during which you will meet with the principal and receive an admissions packet.
  2. Read the NBCA FAQ (this is a printed compilation of all the pages contained in the Information section of this website) in the admissions packet.
  3. Submit the following completed documents to our office:
    • Application with a non-refundable partial deposit (towards enrollment fee) of $100 or $150 (2 or more children) and applicable testing fee(s): $80 (grades 1-3), $100 (4-5), $125 (6-12).
    • A copy of your child's most recent report card (grades 2-12)
    • Teacher Evaluation (grades 6-12)
    • School Counselor Evaluation (grades 6-12)
  4. Our Learning Specialist will contact you to make an appointment for an academic evaluation of your child(ren).
  5. Our office will send you a written notification of the status of your student's application.
  6. Upon acceptance, you will receive an enrollment packet with the NBCA Parent/Student Handbook and enrollment forms. Please review these with your child(ren), submit the required documents, and pay the balance of the enrollment fee
