While this ruling may be overturned, it indicates an attempt by the state to exert more control over home school students. NBCA offers Home School students the ability to affiliate with a private school that has UC California approved classes while maintaining home school status. NBCA is an accredited school that offers high school classes for subjects that may not be available in certain home school networks.
